Will I still hear my alarm?
In light and medium modes most people still hear alarms and voices. In max mode sound is reduced the most, so test with your alarm before relying on it.
Can I sleep on my side?
The low-profile design sits inside the ear, and many people sleep on their side comfortably. Comfort varies from person to person.
Which size should I use?
Start with the medium tips. If they feel loose or don't seal, try the larger ones; if they feel tight, try the smaller ones.
How do I clean them?
Remove the silicone tips and wash them with mild soap and water. Let them dry completely before reattaching. Don't submerge the filter.
Are they a medical or hearing protection device?
No. They are comfort earplugs for sleep, focus and travel. For hearing protection at work or around very loud noise (firearms, machinery, power tools), use earplugs with an official NRR rating.
