Free shipping across the USA
We currently ship only to addresses in the United States. Standard shipping is free on every order, with tracking included.
Delivery times
- Order processing: you'll receive your tracking number by email 1–2 business days after placing your order
- Estimated transit time: 7–16 business days to addresses in the United States
Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer due to carrier delays, peak seasons or other circumstances outside our control. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding US federal holidays.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your package. You can also visit our Track Your Order page or email us at pepostoreteam@gmail.com.
Shipping addresses
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please make sure your address is complete and correct; see our Refund Policy for what happens if a package is returned because of an incorrect address.
Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours and we'll send a free replacement or refund. Details in our Refund Policy.
